Myofascial Release Therapy is a deep and targeted strategy for lower back, and hip pain.  You can stay clothed if you wish and it helps release knotted muscles and ease spasm cycles.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that cleanses and balances the energy patterns in the body. As a result, the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen.

During a session, I work in energetic connection with you in order to remove blockages, and restore your vital life force energy.  The Reiki technique is for stress reduction and relaxation to promote healing.

Research has shown that Reiki is helpful to those who have cancer and is a safe type of bodywork for those who are undergoing treatments for cancer. Seated Chair Massage

Seated Chair Massage is a unique way of relieving stress while fully clothed. This massage does not require use of oil or lotion. A great neck, shoulder and back massage are given in a special massage chair. Great for parties or at your office.

Hot Stone Massage is a type of bodywork that uses deep penetrating heat from specialized stones.  The physiological benefits of heat to the body has long been scientifically and medically proven.

This warm and wonderful massage uses heat and specific techniques to ease away stress from tight muscles.  This style of bodywork helps in the detoxifying of the body, and balancing your nervous system as well. You will leave feeling rested and revitalized.

Raindrop Technique

Raindrop Technique is a therapy that combines aromatherapy, reflexology, massage and moist heat to help detox the body by the use of therapeutic grade essential oils dropped directly on the spine which are then massaged in.  This technique helps create healing and cleansing bringing total balance, harmony, and body wellness as well as increasing the oxygen to your brain.

Pregnancy Massage

is a form of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women.  Using various techniques specifically for the mother to be, Pregnancy Massage helps alleviate discomforts such as lower back pain and swelling in the feet and ankles.  The benefits are the reduction of joint pain due to postural imbalances, improved breathing and relaxation, as well as relief from uncomfortable retention of fluids.

Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient blend of Chinese foot or hand massage used to stimulate circulation, detoxify the body and improve overall health. This is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet or hands.  Unlike other foot or hand massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet or hands themselves, reflexology helps relieve blockages in every part of the human body through the feet or hands.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system.  As both a preventative and remedial technique, MLD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness. Over the last several years as body sculpting has become more popular, I have been working with people who are trying to recover faster from liposuction, mommy make-overs and BBL's.

European Facial

European Facial our signature facial includes gentle steam, deep pore cleansing, face, neck and shoulder massage, mask treatment and moisturizer with SPF.

Paraffin Facial

Paraffin Facial is a complete European Facial followed by a warm mask of pure, filtered paraffin.

Hot Stone Facial

Hot Stone Facial is a complete European Facial with steamed towels, exfoliation, hot stone massage, followed by a gel mask and a deep moisturizer.

Hand or Foot Facial

A Facial for Your Hands or Feet start with a cleansing and an exfoliation for the hands or feet before a mask is applied and then they are wrapped in hot towels.  Treatment includes a specialized massage to relax and sooth your skin.

Back Facial

A Back Facial "treats your back the same as your face".  This relaxing treatment consists of steaming, cleansing, exfoliating, removal of blemishes, therapeutic massage and mask application, it is then finished with a toning moisturizer.

Ceragem rolling massage table

A Ceragem massage table has Jade and ceramic rollers in the table, that run along your spine, from the base of your skull to the tailbone. The rollers complete a sequence that helps to realign your spine, while stopping at certain attachment points to retrain your spine and help put the curves back in your spine. With so much desk work, looking down at phones and poor posture people are losing the curves in their spine. The Ceragem table helps you improve posture and relieve pain due to straightening of the spine.

Movement Education

Movement education is a custom-tailored class to teach you how to use a foam roller on all your body parts. It will help by improving your body awareness and movement on the roller. This is a head to toe class on the floor with a mat and a roller.
